Ans to ur ques
Qd =100 -p
Qs = 10 +2p
after tax,Qs = 60
let tax be  t
so,
Qs = 10 +2p            -(1)
Qd = 100 -(p+t)       -(2)
put QS = 60 in equation (1) and u will get p = 25
put p = 25 in equation (2) and Qd = 60
 u will get t = 15.
