tim i did it this way
from given two point we can find out slope of LM which is given by k/h....we get slope as 6-4/3500-3000=2/500=1/250=0.004=dr/dy....if dr=1 this means dy=250
we already have DL/DY as 0.25....we get DL=DY.(.25)=250(.25)=62.50
WHICH IS WOT AJ GOT ND I AS USUAL MADE A CALCULATION MISTAKE.....
