Aditi, You cannot use PY = 4(C + I) to compute PY in this case. This expression was obtained for the case when we are below full employment. Recall that we used P = m(W/Y) when we found that expression.
Please go through what I wrote above in reply to Vasudha's question. That is how it should be done. Of course the answer to 22 will also be adjusted accordingly. And don't worry if the answer is not in the options. They can be wrong. They are humans too.
