Okkkk Sir. Yes I understood now... that equation holds for less than full employment so to solve for I=7000 we need to use PY = C+I ... Theek hai.
And for question 22, I'm just happy my paper doesn't have a misprint :P Started doubting all other questions!! Thank you Sir!!!
