If I were in your place I would go with ISI. As far as I have heard that campus placements in ISI are real good, and doesn't matter much on your academics. Like say if you have a 50% in ISI which is a tougher course than the one in DSE you can still go for good PhDs and very good campus placements. Whereas in DSE if you have less than 55% aggregate (flunking there and having ERs is kind of a trend) you are in dumps. You might not even get placed, even if you are you can't be choosy. Moreover if you are also considering PhD later, getting strong letters of recommendations help you a lot in your application getting selected. Which is a lot easier in ISI as the student teacher ratio is great, so they know you well. But in DSE a lot of buttering needs to be done for that.
Just a figure for example, one of my senior in ISI had 45% and he made a job of 40lakhs INR in India. Whereas the average package of DSE is 10lakhish.  So decide for yourself. Very few people have such great options. :)
