hey..
@isi course is more research oriented...i would say..do consider the fact that class size is around 15..surviving there is a big task....living in hostel..for two years ..with life surrounded by 15 friends(only if agar tumhari unke sath tuning banti hai toh)..

both are equally good..in both places u hav to study.. though dse has a brand value..u get a life to live..its up to u...both are great institutions..till now toppers are joining dse only..so opting anyone is good....if u r comfortable with class size of 15 of isi then  go for isi ..
