Check the corrigendum (published By DU on February 13) to their earlier notification! Read pt. 4 which says some departments are exempt from following the admission related guidelines stated in their notification dated 31-1-2014.
But who knows if DSE is included in these departments who are exempt from following these new guidelines!!??
