The answer to Q6 I guess will be (p-1)^2,
Since for all a, b in the set {0,1,….p-1}, total matrices formed = p^2 and for the same the number of zero matrices = 2p-1.
So, number of p-special matrices = (p^2 -2p+1) = (p-1)^2 , option “a”
