@ishita in country A the the (K,L) combination that minimize cost of producing 1 unit is (1,1)
and in coutry B he the (K,L) combination that minimize cost of producing 1 unit is ((3^1/2)/2,(2/3^1/2)
put these K,L combinations isocost equations of respective countries and u vl get the costs as 140 and 139(approx) respectively
