Atleast once in 10 times = 1- the event doesn't happen

Event is they hit the target at the same time.  

So event doesnt happen is not hitting the target at the same time = 3/4*1/4+ 3/4*3/4 + 1/4*3/4

So 1 - 15/16^10

I guess!
