if the income of all persons are doubled,the CDF wud shift left,but the lorez curv wud stay put..hence change in gini is not nescessary.

Now,lets suupose evry one's income doubles but i interchange the income of teo agents..the CDF wud retian its right ward shift,but one persons' income must have decreased and another's must have increased.

So only chyange thats nescessary is that per capita expenditure must have increrased
