Hey can you explain 29.. Here's my explanation:

In question 28, allocation of (0,5,4) would be rejected(in future) as there would be 2 Yes and 1 No. As this is the proposal of 2, then allocation of (3,3,3) will be implemented. So in question 29, if a) is implemented i.e. (5,0,4) because individual 3 knows that even if he will reject this and accept b), from proposal of individual 2 he will ultimately get an allocation of (3,3,3). Thus would be worse off.

Kindly tell where I'm going wrong
