JNU(SSS) vs IGIDR(Mphil/Phd)

Hi...I would love your opinion to decidde on wether to go for one or the other..? The uncertain thing about IGIDR is that the degree is in Development studies(although all the people on the list are MA eco people)...

So here is my decision weights  reputation=0.25  how it help help me secure a teaching job=0.25 course structure =.25  location=.25 (delhi gets 5 and mumbai gets 2.5)

Please rate them on the scale of 0 to 5...0 being poor and 5 being great..thanks
