Put X = 10000, Y = 5000, p = 0.75, calculate Y+ (2p/3)(X-Y) and compare it with Z = 7615, if Z is bigger than Y+ (2p/3)(X-Y), choose Z, else choose Y+ (2p/3)(X-Y).
