solve for y to get y=4x^2-12x+11/2x-5.

Now divide the polynomial and you will get y=2x-1+6/2x-5

to have an integer value for y we must ensure the value is not in fraction

So,6/2x-5 will be an integer only at x=3 and 4

the points will be (3,11) and (4,9) so only two integral pairs satisfy this equation
