DELHITES : Nearest Metro Station to Jamia ???

Plz ppl let me know ASAP , the nearest metro to Jamia. And also that how far it is from the metro station.

Anjali you have to take the violet line ........one way is to get down at nehru place and take a auto....or from okhla metro but i am not very sure about okhla vala root....but yes from nehru place it will take 15-20min max.

What about kalkaji mandir station ? Pakka Nehru place is nearest ? Actually I was wondering ki wahan metro mein aur bhi log honge , and there must be shared autos taking students to the university - but for that exact station bhi pata hona chahiye ! :-p

ya pakka i live in kalkaji......
for shared auto i am sure you will find many students there so u can just chip in the fare with them...and i think 30-40 rs hoga charge.....

i think from nehru place metro u can get an auto very easily..they charge about 40/- for 1 side

Sandeep it's not about fare , it's about safety. That area is a little secluded , plus I have never been there - so no idea completely.

I mean auto availability kahan se better hogi ?

^^Re-quoting what many have said : De-Board at Nehru Place and take an auto @ Rs.40-60.

Kalkaji is near,but from Nehru Place,its a hustling bustling place so getting an Auto is quite easy.

are nahi safe h area........par fir bhe Nehru Place is a good market area although kalkaji mandir vala is less crowded then NP.......so get down at nehru place(final verdict)

yes distance is approximately the same.....and your exam centres.... faculty of economics is on the main road left side and faculty of commerce i think is behind dat. Auto fare 40 to 50/- per side
