Can someone tellme what it is and how to compute it there are too many conflicting definitions on the net

gdp at factor cost = GNP - depreciation + subsidies - Indirect taxes

Gnp at mp=c+i+g+x-m
Gdp fc=gnp mp -net factor income from abroad +subsidies-indirect taxes.
