nw take pt as x1,y1 and substitute for y as = y1=x1^2
minimising d we get x1=1

What is the question? Please explain! I can't understand what does "the percentage of those who
read newspapers regularly completed only school education is" mean.
I think its a question of conditional probability
where in you have to find probability of those who read newspapers regularly given that they completed only school education
