GIPE paper had a choice of 3 topics for the essay: depreciation of the rupee, inflation and one more topic which I don't remember.
Does anyone recall what the third topic was in the gipe essay section?

Thanks vaibhavR, the link is very helpful  Bless you. I am from Pune. The heat in Delhi made me really disoriented and I'm still feeling rather sapped of energy, so I'm rather nervous about the interview. It's like I walked out of a furnace!!

I know, its was simply unbearable. my eyes had turned apple red and they were itching very much all throughout the paper.  It was just a too hot day.

Even I was in Hindu college. The fans were so high up on the ceiling, they might as well have not been there at all! I wish I'd come to Delhi a few days earlier so that I had enough time to get acclimatised to the change in temperature. For me it was a drastic 18 degrees difference within a two-hour span, just awful.

HaHaHa....
keep it going guys. your close encounters reminds me of APPLE, when it was in 70's, they had participated in one conference where they showed their products and there was a huge crowd at their pavilion. And there was one special man among that crowd. And he was Bill Gates And who could have predicted that that man would make a company which will fight bitterly in computer space with Apple and create mass debate and strong loyalty among it's users. I still have arguments with my friends over Apple and Samsung or any other company.

Good comparison lovekesh. I hope some day in the future, we will say that about each other. "Who would've known that so-and-so would go on to become so-and-so bigshot.."  Good fun!

Hi Sonakshi. I think if they have not replied, then you had better call them. They generally are quite prompt at replying to emails, so something may be wrong. Confirm about the accommodation beforehand
