I've heard two three past year stories. All of them said the same. One math and one eco (mostly micro) question.  Choose one, and solve it in the time alloted. Then explain the solution to them. They might change some parameters to test your understanding.

Yeah. This time they are also asking questions like why isi, masters and stuff like that. I have my interview on 7th afternoon slot. And yours?

Oh God! I traditionally suck at those questions.  That's bad. Mine is on the 8th. Don't remember which slot. How are you preparing for the interview?

mine is also on 8th morning. I am looking at last 2-3 years peb sample papers that is it...how are you preparing?

Yes, past year papers is also what I'm doing. Can't really do much academically other than revise. However, if they're asking questions like why ISI, who are you, why are you interested, etc., then it'll be weird. :-S
