how is Jamia for MA(eco) ?? If u know someone who has done MA(eco) from Jamia, then please share the experience... :)

My boss is from Jamia... She passed out about 6-7 years back..
She says although its not as good as the top 4 (ISI, DSE, JNU, IGIDR).. it is certainly a chilled out cool place to be in.. :) :)

what bout the waitlisted students?.. they are saying that they put the list of waitlisted students who are provided admission on the notice board not online... any idea till what rank has the list been confirmed????

My suggestion is to stay in touch with the admin guys constantly, they are very helpful and would tell you about your chances of clearing the waiting list.
After the JNU results, many have cancelled their admission and so they would soon be updating the students selected from waiting list. Call them up or visit jamia personally, just stay in touch with them!!

i called them but the lady said that the list will be put on the notice board and not online. they can not confirm it on phone either.. for that you have to visit the university regularly..
