And sir I have a lil doubt in the question if it's given Keynesian AS curve ...shall we assume the old Keynesian AS curve (horizontal till FEL and then vertical ) or shall we assume the New Keynesian one which is curved actually there was this question that for given AS(Keynesian) if AD increases what will be the effect on price level

Does anyone has any idea about the JNU cut-offs? For both sss and sis.

For Q48, AD can affect output when AS is either upward sloping or horizontal. Right? So shouldn't it be c?

 for q10 i think it should be (a) true.

Y = C+I+G+NX and aslo
Y = C+S+T

S-I = G-T + (X-M) ......(1)
for S= I   equation (1) = 0

G-T =   0.03 Y
X-M = -0.03 Y
   {Current account = (X-M ) + NFIA+ Net Current Transfers .
   Since nothing given about last two terms  assume 0. then current account = balance of trade}
S-I = 0.03 Y -0.03 Y=0
 Therefore , S=I

Correct me if i am wrong.

S=I+(T-G)+(X-M)
S=I +0.03+0.03
S=I+0.06
So, B.
I solved like this.
