MSE comes under CUTN, right? I think so there is one central university of Tamil nadu and in the same region there is MSE and both of these colleges publish there seprate list, am i right?

Only those who applied for CUTN are getting the sms

MSE does come under CUTN, but counseling for MSE and CUTN happens separately . For now people who have applied for CUTN separately are getting messages for counseling and those who have applied for MSE and are above the cutoff as per MSE, will get other message or email.
P.S. There is no information regarding the cutoff of MSE or the date for counseling.

Have the cut offs and counselling details of MSE for this year been released? My rank is 130. What am I likely to get?

130 in which course?

How? The rank list is different for all the courses. Anyways, having the rank of 130 will get you one of these (most probably AQF) but nothing can be said for sure because it all depends on the students who have higher rank than you.
