Some of seniors in mse told me that for general econonics hcu is better than mse , as course structure and faculties of hcu are far better than that of mse . So if anyone wants to learn the core of economics it has to be hcu where as in mse  the teaching is mediocre

Moreover there is always a second list , and after the second list also they keep on sending emails for the vacant seats  so how come they gonna start after first counselling?

Exactly, there's always a 2nd list because students who get into other colleges will give up their seat at MSE, I don't know the point of starting the classes just 6days after 1st counseling

Also it's quite troublesome for students to go back and forth on 4-5th and again at 11th

I think it's better to confirm it from MSE itself, as nothing is mentioned anywhere. It's really troublesome coming and going within a week, and if classes will start from 11th then they should alot hostel during counseling but nothing can be said for sure as it is only provisional admission and many students will leave if they get into some better college. Basically nothing can be said for sure😅 we can either call and confirm or wait for any further information.
