the product of the tangents at the point of intersection of the curves will be -1, compare with each of the options and you will get the answer...nyhw dis are questions of which examination...???do we need to prepare dynamics and statics too..??

for 1. the orthogonal curve to the original curve can be obtained by the following dy/dx=(-1)/(-1/x^2)......(a), where (-1/x^2) is the slope of the original function...now clearly from (a) (dy/dx)=x^2..integrate both sides and you will get..y=(x^3)/3 + C.....
