@kangkan , in case of perfect complements , because of the kink , we do not resort to differentiation for optimization. Here the requirement should be
If u = min ( ax, by )
Then ax=by

@Kangkan: In fixed proportion type production function the factors are employed according to a fixed proportion and in this case it is 2K=3L. Simplifying we get K=(3/2)L.
