@VIV ,  Iam talking from a female's perspective.
Just read this out :

And its not just this article , I have heard a lot negative about safety of women in Kerala.
Even Delhi is unsafe , however , such things in Kerala are very open and are almost routine of the day.
I wanted to have my blog friends' view point on this , so put forth this query of mine.
Let me know your opinion.

This is a very sensitive issue regarding you girls. I don't now about the Kerala much but I can tell you Campus environment of CDS.
One of my female friend is studying in CDS. I met her yesterday in Delhi. She didn't tell me any negative point which you have stated above. She joined CDS in 2013 and completed 1 year there. She was telling her batch size is 17(3 or 4 female) Students are from all the regions of India because last time entrance exam held in North India too but this time most of the centers are in Southern Region so the Batch Size would be dominated by South Indian students. Curriculum and Professors are good there is no inequality among the students. As far as whatever I know I have told you. Hope you will come out on some concrete judgement on CDS.

But Viv this time , they have Chandigarh and Kolkatta ( not sure of this ) as centre options. But yes south areas are in majority.
Any idea about presidency ? The difficulty level and the expected chances to clear that paper .

According to her, She didn't face any such difficulty, they used to be in groups there and when I raised your points then she replied not a single place is safe in India for girls but CDS campus is safe and secure in Kerala but she can't say anything about out of campus.
I have no idea about presidency.

Yupp! I am appearing and they have changed the pattern also but don't know the Cut-off.
