4. Net Domestic Capital Formation = Gross Domestic Capital Formation - Depreciation = 5000 - 4000 = 1000.

26. It is purely on Income approach to find out the Net GDP = In of Household + In of Govt = 780+100=880...if It is asked about GDP= NDP + Depreciation....if NNP=NDP+NIFA, if GNP=GDP+NIFA

Mrittik could you please broadly classify the components of Income approach.
Why can't we follow the expenditure approach here ?

I agree with the part the we will use income approach, so isn't 880 my GDP. for NDP shouldn't I subtract 30 (depreciation) to get my NDP? although no option is matching :(

Acha I got it.

NI = 880

GDP= 880 +DEPRECIATION

GDP= 910

NDP = 910 - 30

So NDP is National Income. Am I correct?
