The proposed intake of 77 is including reserved categories? If yes that mean the gen category intake is only around 40 students?

Also any chances of a 2nd or waiting list?

I don't think that JNU comes out with a wait-list. That's why the number of offers is higher than the number of available seats.

There could be a second list though. There was one last year.
