MSE Counselling doubt

I've applied for the transfer certificate from my university, but I will get my TC in around 7-10 days.
My counselling date is 15th july. Can I go without my TC.? I've mailed them yesterday, but they aren't responding.
What should I do? :/

The provisional certificate from your college will do the needful I suppose. But still please cross check with others.

They have mentioned both Provisional and TC. I've provisional but not TC.. I'm trying to get in touch with Mse admin department. If you get any info regarding this, please do share.

Could you please post the link where TC is mentioned ? Actually , last year my friend took admission there , showing just the provisional . She said for final admission ( in august ) , she got the TC. If you happen to talk to the admin , please post the conversation here .

My mse site is not opening, but in the email, the pdf attached with the heading of "counselling for admission", they have asked for the list of documents required in the process of counselling.
Point 7) asks for Transfer and Conduct certificate

I am facing the same problem. My college says that i will be given the TC in December during my convocation.What am i supposed to do now?

See the provisional certificate I have received from my college has got written on it : provisional cum transfer cum conduct certificate . So will that work ? Please check what exactly is written on you PC ?

Yes my college provisional certificate says that too(I guess you are from DU too). But DU provides with Transfer certificate as well (We can get this from campus office in north/south), so I'm in confusion with what to do.

Why do our university delay things :/
I think it would be better if we ask the admin department of Mse. Do you have provisional certificate?

Yes Iam from DU. But that PC should work - its a kind of TC only. Okay , is TC available at south campus office ? Or is it necessary that it has to be taken from north campus office ?

If your college falls in north campus, then you have to take it from north. Otherwise you have to take TC from south campus.
First you have to fill a migration form(you can get it from du website or campus office). Then college principal will sign on it, then you have to go to campus office to submit it with your college provisional certificate. They will give you a receipt for application of TC. They told me that you will get TC after 7-10 days.

Last year , my friend showed this PC given by DU colleges , and took admission in MSE. Later , in the month of august , she gave them the original one.

Are we supposed to submit the original PC to them ? Do they retain it ?

Yes even some of my friends are saying that, but I want to confirm it as going all the way to Chennai and then not getting admission would be frustrating :/

They have written that they will retain the orignal TC.

Iam asking that do the North/south campus officials retain the PC ? I mean if they do , then we won't be left with any proof with us .

No no, they just take our photo copy of provisional.

But do they ask us to show them the original copy ? Or the photocopy works ?
