@nishtha92

Aggregate private savings = Yd - C = Y-T-C

Since,  Y = C + G
therefore, Y-T-C = G-T

answer-B

For 52, the value of X after every time period t will be X+dX/dt which will be X+X^2-X. So every time the value of X will be the square of the value in the previous time period t. Hence, for 52 it should be d, 53 a and 54 d. Anyone, please correct me if I am wrong.

For, 52-54,

Solving the differential equation,

dx/[x(x-1)] = dt, gives us,

x = 1/[1-e^(t+c)]

where, c is constant of integration.

I think subsequent questions can be solved through this.

With my approach the answer for 52 and 54 came out to be B and D respectively. But according to my expression, x at t=0, cannot be positive and less than unity. So, I cannot find the answer to 53. But the expression is right. I don't know if I am making any mistake.

Sris for 55 you've solved the limit to be -x/x=-1. But log is not defined for negative terms. How do we get around this ?

for the 18th question, if there are cross border flow of income, then GNP = GDP = 50,000. Isn't that how it should be?

25th ans should be d as compensated demand curve of an inferior good is flatter.(the a option says ''always'')
