@sushman  I received call letter for international economics from gipe. Wrongly i ranked financial eco 3 and international eco 2 . but call letter is for international eco. Now can i choose financial eco? My rank is sufficient for financial eco.

Hii my rank is 306 in gipe and I haven't given agribusiness and international economics as my preference so can I still get any course in gipe or not

dilip you wont get financial

if your rank is below 380-90 , there is a fair chance of getting a call for agri,
if your rank is below 220-240 you will get international

if you haven't marked them as your preference, you will not get a call anyhow.

I belongs to OBC category. my over all rank is 212 .and obc rank is 5. I got offer for international eco. Should i go for it. I want to know about placement of international eco. Actually my international eco is my 2 nd preference and financial eco is 3rd. Which is best to get placement international or financial eco.

i think everyone is confused regarding hostel accommodation, everyone studying in GIPE gets hostel accommodation, all 280-300 students live in the same campus.
its your choice if you want to live in hostel or not.

but i would say if you wish to take a PG/flat , you will surely regret coz hostel life at GIPE is amazing. only 10-20 students live outside (including localities & students living in a PG/flat)
